Buyer/Broker schedule tour using calendar
At tour broker will provide a detailed property package including an offer form and contract (Both can be accessed online)
Buyer/Broker can submit an offer anytime.  Note if in contract form please check box stating “attorney has reviewed and approved”
Seller will inform Buyers and Brokers of formal bid due date
Seller/Sellers broker reviews offers and select 2-3 for best and final offers
Buyers selected for Best and final will have 10 days to complete inspection
Seller sets date for best and final offers
Best and final offers are submitted in attorney-reviewed Contract form where price reflects inspection

Buyer selected and close date set
